Kristine Lodge wears many hats. She is a career coach and founder of Incipit Career LLC, where she assists PhDs with their career questions and job searches. She is also the Senior Manager for Strategic Partnerships for an organization in the Business Process Outsourcing industry where she supports clients in their business development and growth. She loves working with clients and colleagues from around the world. Lodge received her PhD in English with a concentration in Medieval Studies from the University of Oregon. Her work on careers for PhDs has been published in The Muse, Fast Company, and Higher Education Careers Beyond the Professoriate.
