Seth Compaore (PhD, French, 2020) has been named one of four MU finalists for the ACLS Emerging Voices Fellowship competition. If selected by ACLS (the next phase of the process), Seth will spend an academic year at one of a select group of highly prestigious institutions, and will garner the multi-focal benefits (scholarly, collegial, professional, financial) that such an exceptional fellowship appointment offers. At this point, the distinction of having been recognized and sent forth by MU constitutes an important marker of success for the School of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures. Many Congratulations to Seth!
