A Howell County, MO, native, Jacob graduated from the MU College of Arts & Science in 2013 with BAs in Classics and Psychology. For most of the next decade, he worked in community mental health treatment and residential direct care here in Columbia. Then, in 2022, Jacob returned to MU as graduate staff in the Dept. of Public Health. Three years later, he was overjoyed at the opportunity to put his experiences into practice back in the College of Arts and Science, and he is excited to help students navigate the challenges and reap the rewards of their undergraduate experiences!

Jacob will be advising for the School of Languages, Literatures, and Cultures; the Department of Classics, Archaeology, and Religion; and the Department of Anthropology. Current students may schedule directly with him using MU Connect.
